The importance of working as a team

                When working as a team, you always have to be attentive and caring towards each other. This is altruism. During the learning process, the leader takes the lead in working as a team and leader is selected from among the members of this group. Working as a team in learning as well as learning gives you the opportunity to learn and share the known as well as the unknown. Working as a team helps to build the views and opinions of the team members as well as the ideas and values and to attract the attention of the society as an active person or as a person who is accepted in the society.

            Unity, trust, maintaining the dignity of the other, listening to the opinions of others in a group, the person gets the attention in the society. Being able to work successfully as a team rather that doing any task alone. Working as a team in the society in which we live enables us to move towards development, not just society but also a country.
